N°13 - Diamond Positioning & the Value you can't measure with Sonika Asif
Show notes
What if the more you try to strategically manufacture your positioning, the further away you move from the thing that actually makes you powerful?
In this episode, I’m joined by Sonika Asif for a conversation that sits at the intersection of business, positioning, spirituality, identity, energy and truth.
We talk about Sonika’s concept of Diamond Positioning — the idea that potent positioning isn’t necessarily created by finding yet another clever way to differentiate yourself from everyone else, but by becoming increasingly precise in the expression of what is already true about you.
And from there, we go much further.
We question the obsession with linear business growth and forecasting, and explore the difference between timeline mechanics and quantum field mechanics: building from what you can logically predict versus creating the conditions for opportunities you could never have planned for.
We talk about how goals can become frames rather than ceilings, why your current circumstances don’t determine the magnitude of what can happen next, and what changes when you stop trying to become the version of yourself you think is capable of receiving what you want.
We also get into the less tangible side of value.
What happens in your clients simply because they enter your field?
How do they feel around you?
What becomes possible for them?
And what if you’ve been dramatically underestimating the value of your work because you’re only charging for the outcomes you can easily name, quantify and put into a sales bullet point?
We also explore:
— Diamond Positioning and why differentiation can become a trap — Soul-level resonance versus designing for the “logical” ideal client — Why clients may buy from you for reasons you’ll never fully understand — Field Mechanics vs. Timeline Mechanics — The limitations of forecasting your business from existing evidence — Using goals as frames without turning them into constraints — Why owning your current reality is a prerequisite for real alchemy — The difference between an emotion and the deeper “bone truth” underneath it — Turning shadow work into content instead of emotionally bleeding onto the internet — Why your shadow codes may contain some of your most powerful messaging — Gravity, memorability and becoming someone people remember years later — Structure that holds your energy instead of strangling it — Recognizing — and charging for — the intangible impact of your work — What becomes possible when you stop trying to manufacture your brilliance and start trusting it
This is a conversation about building a business that doesn’t require you to reduce yourself to what can be logically explained, predicted or proven in advance.
Because sometimes the most valuable thing about your work isn’t the thing you thought you were selling.

00:01:45: In this episode of the Premium Way podcast, I'm bringing to you a very casual but not less potent conversation with The Amazing Sonica.
00:01:57: And since both of us don't really do linearity... This one starts off a bit different.
00:02:02: we don't have structural formal intro because that's just our style.
00:02:06: together We're talking about businesses who do not live from performance but truth and potency without all the marketing circus, without all things that industry taught you or you need.
00:02:19: But Soneka and I prove... You actually don't!
00:02:23: And in this episode it's The embodiment of when two witches gather.
00:02:28: Microphones go off.
00:02:29: we talk about spiritual stuff.
00:02:31: We talked about occult millions.
00:02:41: I'll just let you dive right into the episodes and enjoy the goods.
00:02:47: Have you found any eclipse anything for yourself?
00:02:50: Oh my god, yeah!
00:02:52: Like it has been... It's like that thing when you think You've hit the ground but then you haven't hit the Ground.
00:03:01: And this Eclipse was a complete pivot to exactly who i am.
00:03:11: It was like just drawing harsher lines on the things that I still kind of tiptoeing around and almost trying to have my feet in both camps or something.
00:03:24: And even with business it's very clear, look this is who you are!
00:03:30: You're either going to accept it... This will be what i call diamond positioning right?
00:03:36: Either your real positioning or you'll fuck around And you're going to pretend that your not this.
00:03:44: Because it's easier, because its slightly nicer and more palatable.
00:03:49: So that was the real shocker.
00:03:51: for me It is a real wake up call of like... You need get your shit together.
00:03:56: I love that!
00:03:57: That feels perfect.
00:03:58: opening for their episode.
00:03:59: anyways By the way if we need an intro hi welcome to the free podcast.
00:04:05: This is Sonika in front of me.
00:04:06: I'm gonna link all your socials.
00:04:08: Let us get right into it.
00:04:12: I'm like, what?
00:04:14: We don't need any whatever linear structures.
00:04:18: Yeah i'm excited to have you on today and yeah
00:04:21: me too.
00:04:21: when
00:04:22: was the last time i saw you?
00:04:23: it's been quite a few months ago
00:04:27: but we had our so cheesy...I looked through my phone camera roll And beginning of August last year, we had our first call on Zoom.
00:04:36: Yeah I was like oh cute!
00:04:39: We had an anniversary!
00:04:40: Oh that's actually true
00:04:44: it is.
00:04:45: i think it wasn't...
00:04:45: It's crazy
00:04:46: fourth or fifth of august?
00:04:48: Or something like that..I'm not quite sure.
00:04:49: wow that is it's crazy.
00:04:51: there has been a year mm-hmm.
00:04:53: it's like in some ways i feel like we just met.
00:04:56: yeah but also in someways it feels.
00:04:59: But
00:05:00: yeah,
00:05:02: anyways.
00:05:03: Okay well the reason you are here is obviously you do great shit.
00:05:05: I love what you're doing a lot on a daily basis.
00:05:09: What i love especially Is that like You are so non box innable and So Like The non linearity piece as A biggie when I think about you?
00:05:22: That's one of the main associations And then Obviously the vocabulary that your using.
00:05:26: We gonna get into that.
00:05:27: but Like is that you don't compromise on spirituality or a spiritual business versus also cashing in like a bro motherfucker.
00:05:39: So the second and so I think it would be very enriching conversation, And they will be an very enrichin' conversation to get into.
00:05:48: how can people who are more spiritually inclined
00:05:51: still
00:05:52: have very badass three D results manifestations?
00:05:56: Whatever you want to call it.
00:05:58: And so you just dropped one of your brand vocabularies, which is diamond positioning.
00:06:04: Would you like to add a bit more for
00:06:06: us please?
00:06:06: Yeah!
00:06:07: So it's interesting that a lot people think positionning... when we look at in three-D ...it says how am I positioned on the market?
00:06:14: but the way i talk with my clients who are a bit energetically inclined and tell them about it is imagine a diamond and imagine light shining through it.
00:06:24: depending upon how the diamond plays lights shines differently.
00:06:28: It also and it also comes out the other side differently, right?
00:06:31: So it's like kind of tuning it to exactly who you want it to target And that's kind of what you're doing in the energy field when your positioning yourself.
00:06:40: When you are positioning yourself from shadow You're positioning yourself From a half truth That you're not fully owning.
00:06:47: then that positioning gets screwed up on the energetic field.
00:06:50: Then no matter how great Your content is No matter How great any Of that stuff Is The light just doesn't reach the people it's supposed to at the intensity.
00:06:58: It's supposed too and that's when People feel like they need to embellish And we need to add all these things To their brand, and they need do the funnels and They need to do all of this Like I can bet you like eighty percent Of people who are building a business like That.
00:07:11: if If they actually did This piece correctly?
00:07:14: They wouldn't even need it You know.
00:07:17: so that's kind of how i see diamond positioning is like.
00:07:20: Are you truly positioning yourself as the multi-dimensional luxury that you know, actually are fully where light can shine through and have impact.
00:07:32: I love that!
00:07:35: Speaking of funnels in everything... I love how simplified all about your world is.
00:07:42: Whenever i came into touch with it gave me a lot permission for myself because they've always felt like listen basically..I just want my online living room where people gather I want to serve them nice shit, and if someone wants buy something come through and by like.
00:07:56: can we keep it casual without of Like.
00:07:59: what is the next pitch?
00:08:00: I'm gonna present you.
00:08:01: What was the next like?
00:08:02: oh let me work out the next webinar.
00:08:04: And then that the conversion rates calculation.
00:08:07: all their bullshit like have never really done That.
00:08:09: anyways It was very refreshing to see how convicted You are doing your things when he comes too just being like.
00:08:17: you know what fuck all this shebang or bedazzling, as you called it or embellishment.
00:08:24: Let me just simplify this.
00:08:26: so the real and raw potency is coming through undiluted to.
00:08:31: whoever wants to get that next piece drops in gets it easy done.
00:08:37: yeah I
00:08:37: feel like thats a way more mature of business.
00:08:40: anyways not assuming people need all these entertainment we gotta be the clowns at the circus center performing and juggling all the balls.
00:08:48: And then, I don't know blowing into a whistle of being like, hooray!
00:08:52: Did you like my performance?
00:08:54: Do
00:08:54: want to maybe buy some popcorn
00:08:56: now?".
00:08:57: So...
00:08:59: I love the casualty behind it because its so mature and not less potent.
00:09:03: It doesn't make me wanna buy less or feel less magnetizing When it comes to this distillation process.
00:09:16: What are you asking yourself or your clients when it comes to that, if you can spill a couple of things outside of your paid rooms?
00:09:21: Obviously.
00:09:22: Yeah So one of the key thing is always like I always say You first need to snap into the truth.
00:09:28: That's in your bones.
00:09:29: That's what i was saying and what that truth really Is It's The owning Of where you aren't who you actually Are because this is A huge piece especially for someone Like me Who has had Huge success And then went through such a revamp of herself In her identity who she is and how she functions.
00:09:47: This was such a key piece because we can ride old results for a long time, We Can Ride Old Ego For A Long Time You Know?
00:09:54: And so it Was Really Important For Me.
00:09:56: My Field Is Very Merciless About That.
00:09:58: I Need To Be In The Truth Of Who i Am But Yet Owned The Full Range of my Power Because Knowing My Power Doesn't Come From Results.
00:10:07: So It's about Snapping Into the Grounded Truth Of What Do I Know I Can Deliver Today?
00:10:12: Who am I Actually And who are my people where?
00:10:16: My work would actually really thrive because one of the biggest mistakes I see about positioning is People think they're trying to position just to get a certain kind of client.
00:10:24: They keep trying do it, right but It's like when i asked them The question of like.
00:10:29: Is this even a buyer that would thrive in your world?
00:10:32: or is This Just a Vier That Makes sense To Like What You Can See In The Market?
00:10:37: That'S Really Where A lot Of The trip Up Is.
00:10:39: Because I'm Someone Who I Designed My Offers First in terms of what I would ask.
00:10:46: Oh, the mic has gone away?
00:10:48: We're in wait.
00:10:49: The mic turned off!
00:10:52: It's giving... Whoa this is too hard that we can't handle it.
00:10:55: There was
00:10:55: so much energy.
00:10:56: you know This happens to me SO MUCH Like whether its like Zoom calls or people who get on call with me and my feel.
00:11:02: Its like pfff technology.
00:11:04: but anyway I have that
00:11:05: around all the time.
00:11:06: My TV turns on family or like radio, or my iMac keeps playing a sound.
00:11:12: Or it starts playing the sounds when I'm not in the room?
00:11:15: When I want to video call with someone It just breaks and then you know what
00:11:24: Just whatever.
00:11:28: So would that client actually thrive in your world?
00:11:32: That's a huge piece to think about, because when you design an offer that is truly from your soul and something you feel really alive about the fastest way to kill it.
00:11:43: Is to position for someone who makes sense?
00:11:46: And like put all these technical logical things together.
00:11:50: oh but buyers should be this or they shouldn't be this I always say designed by their soul not their mind nor client profile But really designed with their souls Because thats what people are going alive and awakened.
00:12:03: And if a buyer is technically a fit, but they don't feel those things in your space?
00:12:09: Those intangible feelings...those invisible feeling?
00:12:14: The mic has gone again!
00:12:21: I love it!
00:12:22: Can
00:12:22: you hear me now?
00:12:24: Yeah
00:12:25: okay i think my microphone battery died.
00:12:31: that's all right don't
00:12:32: worry about it.
00:12:34: Okay so let me get back to what I was saying
00:12:39: From the second
00:12:40: time.
00:12:42: Yeah, so if you're not actually letting the buyer experience all these intangible feelings with you as well then a whole multi-dimensional side of your work is missing.
00:12:55: and So when you can't pull in a buyer like that?
00:12:58: That's when the money doesn't feel satisfying.
00:13:00: That's what it's like.
00:13:01: hey I'm hitting all the right notes here but something about the music isn't hitting me.
00:13:06: That's kind of the disconnects you feel.
00:13:09: where it's like, I'm getting buyers but why doesn't it feel amazing?
00:13:13: And i've had my fair share of this.
00:13:14: I've had buyers and clients who have amazing results with me... ...and then I've very few people that were really sold-deep connections.... That is what I wanted more of!
00:13:27: This year when I came back online to build my brand, one of the key things for me was Why can we just have intimate
00:13:34: conversations?...
00:13:36: ...and have real conversation?
00:13:39: And just create simple spaces where those important things can happen.
00:13:43: Because the more we try to force into what they want, instead of letting them emerge in conversation We're guessing at this point and it's never going be a fit.
00:13:55: Yeah I feel like this guessing is so big anyway because...we can sit down and craft our bio-profile all day long but ultimately Even when we have that one avatar, yes there will be similarities across other people.
00:14:10: But like ultimately were discussing because everyone is living their own life with the on backstory and conditioning filters they walk through life with.
00:14:20: so I'm like it just feels such a waste of time and energy anyways.
00:14:27: And I had a conversation yesterday with my clients in Telegram and i'm very curious on your take of that as well.
00:14:33: Where she was like, we were approaching the end of the telegram week together.
00:14:39: up until here what's the biggest question mark left for you?
00:14:43: What is something you want to crystallize or
00:14:44: clarify?".
00:14:45: Then she said how am positioned ,what makes me stand out And I just felt as like, and I was like listen what if it's no longer about you being different?
00:14:59: As in having to present that two people.
00:15:02: You have to explain it to the people and shove down peoples' throes.
00:15:07: this is how i'm differing because its gonna be a continuous race when someone pops up on market who similar so again find something else.
00:15:16: rebellion into that.
00:15:19: It´s so exhausting.
00:15:20: So I was like, what is it not about this outward facing energy?
00:15:23: And i told her Like What's coming through for you.
00:15:25: It really feels like the energy of a wormhole.
00:15:28: But if your just so sure and solid and aware Of who are at your core independent of whether You're different from other people or Not that doesn't even matter.
00:15:37: but Your so sucked into yourself That you suck Other People Into Your Fields and Into Yourself as well.
00:15:45: This might be not a new way of seeing it, but maybe something that's... ...might become more popular in the near future.
00:15:52: Because all this differentiating factor and I've sat there for hours or weeks sometimes And I was like breaking my brain trying to figure out how different i am But at the same time It just never hits when I try to articulate.
00:16:07: So the person coming into touch with me Or as diamonds depending on where they shine their light through.
00:16:15: We'll see it for themselves, how its difference.
00:16:17: How it shines pink in this way and maybe green that way or whatever the fuck is.
00:16:22: so Do you have a riff
00:16:23: on them?
00:16:24: Yeah So like It's something I've once said before which is Every sometimes a lot of clients than actually buy from you even by high ticket form You won't actually know The actual reason why they're buying.
00:16:40: you think you no but you don't actually now.
00:16:43: And when you actually ask them, sometimes it's an answer that you didn't even expect or It was an offer.
00:16:47: You didn't actually even position for this person But they entered anyway and you're like oh so This is why this person bought now?
00:16:55: You have another piece as to what your energy actually does For somebody right.
00:17:00: So it's like we can know certain pieces based on our experience in just based On how we know ourselves.
00:17:06: but there are so many buyers out There who view us In a way that we haven't even seen ourselves yet.
00:17:11: It's like we become a different, multi-dimensional mirror for different people.
00:17:15: And this is why I've been always so strong on this of...I was born different!
00:17:20: I don't need to prove it and force myself to position or any other stuff Like when i walk into room someone's DNA is changing.
00:17:32: Something is
00:17:33: happening!!
00:17:33: I dont' need explain that because its real because that's just how it works.
00:17:42: And the piece about positioning is not for this sake of knowing why you're different, but it's just for the sake of us to communicate the pieces we do know and the pieces that we value and that speak to the person we truly want to work with.
00:18:02: That's all its really supposed be... You are not suppose to bang your head.
00:18:07: You're supposed to trust the nudge that you are getting, move on it and then see why its different.
00:18:12: Then add that to your lexicon in your vocabulary.
00:18:15: It's something people keep trying.
00:18:17: get this perfect positioning from day one.
00:18:20: And I'm like do you have any walk the path?
00:18:23: Like walk it!
00:18:26: Get a hundred K buyer and we'll talk.
00:18:30: We can see what happens in space or container.
00:18:34: Yeah, yeah.
00:18:34: But even replicating it sometimes just feels like okay.
00:18:37: this one person came for the thing that you didn't have on your radar about yourself and then you're like I had a before was like oh maybe i should turn into an offer And than did.
00:18:49: It's just in
00:18:49: the same
00:18:50: way.
00:18:51: So how do you handle?
00:18:52: You are so convicted and anchored to your approach of... I don't want call going with flow because has this like You're surrendering to the waves that life kind of throws at you as it's seen.
00:19:07: So how do not lose yourself, but like fall into dysfunctional instability when things feel a bit more coincidental?
00:19:18: Because you are really building your business based on calculation from what I've understood right?
00:19:25: forward forecasting into the next.
00:19:28: Oh my God,
00:19:29: exactly!
00:19:30: I know many people do and it works for them.
00:19:32: so how if we lean more in to our non-deniality an hour like... More spiritual way of doing things but people still feel okay.
00:19:43: It feels so coincidental Like i have no forecast or foresight on what might come in Or not And I always depend on whether this sale happens.
00:19:53: What do you have to say?
00:19:54: Yeah.
00:19:55: So first of all, when I see people asking me about forecasts or talking about forecast is very alien to me.
00:20:01: I don't understand this thing bitch.
00:20:03: I love that!
00:20:05: I'm just like...I've never done a forecast my entire career and i've been here for eleven years.
00:20:10: so um For Me it's It's Very Much Like.
00:20:16: This Is Something I Told My Clients Before I Look At It Like Field Mechanics Versus Timeline Mechanics.
00:20:21: So field mechanics is like, it's not necessary that everything is coming in this perfect linear fashion towards the goal.
00:20:30: It's more like things are landing sometimes out of order and our job is to trust those things.
00:20:36: And then when you zoom-out a couple weeks later You're like shit!
00:20:40: That all landed on a masterpiece And suddenly every single thing you did was exactly what needed to happen for that fifty K buyer To come through.
00:20:50: But it's not, It doesn't make linear sense as you're doing.
00:20:54: There is almost like an unconscious super conscious element to how we move because there are such a deep inner trust and the minute I try to forecast something my magic dies one thousand percent.
00:21:10: The magic goes, the Magic dies Like instantly.
00:21:15: so i know today that I can't do That.
00:21:20: Even for me, it's very important that even if it doesn't look like It's leading to what I want.
00:21:24: I know it is because who am i?
00:21:26: To think I know Where this is even going.
00:21:30: Right there are things out There That Are lining Things up For Me that I can't even see.
00:21:35: yet In twenty nineteen When I had my huge hundred K cash Launch in My Three Weeks With Just three Hundred Facebook Group Members By The Way did I know that i was like literally setting myself up to get a fifty k client?
00:21:51: Like, that month as well.
00:21:52: No!
00:21:53: That doesn't make any sense.
00:21:54: it does make any linear sense...I just messaged somebody by mistake thinking she's the client who bought from me and I was like hey I just want to make sure you're in the group.
00:22:03: and she was like oh that wasn't me.
00:22:05: and then I'm sorry but by the way..i've been in your space And I was selling a one thousand, one hundred dollar program.
00:22:19: Please tell me how that makes any sense?
00:22:20: Any linear sense it doesn't.
00:22:23: but see all of that mistake Was an unconscious thing That i did.
00:22:28: that opened the portal and door to something I couldn't even imagine.
00:22:34: People think this isn't Something you can trust.
00:22:37: But if is If You Trust It gets consistent.
00:22:47: If you're trusted, it gets consistent people.
00:22:49: Mark that down please because yes and I mean...I don't know if you know but like i have my trust tattoo right here.
00:22:58: so
00:22:58: that's why daily anchor cause I'm- I know deep in myself.
00:23:01: do you know about yourself as well?
00:23:03: Right!
00:23:03: Im more intuitively inclined aswell And thats me expressing this in a very humble way
00:23:09: right now.
00:23:10: So
00:23:11: I was like fuck let the control freak die for a moment.
00:23:16: It's the same for me as well.
00:23:18: I'm like, cool!
00:23:18: i can sit down here and waste four hours of my time... ...and of my life forecasting something or making a plan for next six-twelve months or whatever.
00:23:27: by next month latest.. ..I'll throw it all away because even greater has opened up.
00:23:34: And what is this obsession with goal setting?
00:23:38: Ultimately its just a limit Because you set that from your day to day consciousness
00:23:46: And that's why I like.
00:23:47: for me, you know goals aren't seen as limits It's like For me.
00:23:51: I've always set a goal as like a frame to draw out opportunities and shadows and things That are possibly blocking me from my next edge but doesn't mean that goal has to be hit exactly.
00:24:03: I can blow past it.
00:24:05: Like my goal for the hundred thousand.
00:24:06: our month was five thousand Because iIwas just coming at a debt.
00:24:10: who might have said one hundred thousand dollar goal right?
00:24:14: So I had a goal.
00:24:15: It just wasn't something that I set in stone as the only thing that could happen, it was... Just something that felt like was good stretch.
00:24:23: but i've always said The goal you achieve is going to be matched.
00:24:26: here at Energy.
00:24:27: even if your mind sets a goal for five thousand If your potency and energy are screaming hundred K you'll get one hundred K.
00:24:33: Yeah!
00:24:33: I love that And would also go deeper here because of general manifestation.
00:24:38: and tonus said huge goals all the time and if you don't believe in yourself then, You'll never achieve it.
00:24:47: And I'm like when i was starting out or something... ...I had a five K month goal ended up being fifty-five in one
00:24:57: month.. ..and
00:24:58: I would have never set that goal at this point of my life
00:25:03: ever!
00:25:04: And still ten times
00:25:06: what I
00:25:07: initially thought I wanted to achieve.
00:25:10: And so that was interesting to me and had many examples of that during my journey as well, where I was like.
00:25:15: this common advice isn't quite right.
00:25:18: It can be quite right because i did underestimate myself a lot!
00:25:24: And who am I?
00:25:25: To want bigger... Be Bigger or whatever ...and still receive bigger.. And create it and manifest it bigger.
00:25:30: So make it makes sense!
00:25:33: Exactly.
00:25:34: ..I mean ,i can speak this cause'.
00:25:36: i came from the world of Bob Proctor from the secret, I was like a talk consultant for him.
00:25:40: So that is deep in the manifestation world.
00:25:43: you know.
00:25:43: i knew the whole set your goal and all of that even during that time.
00:25:48: meanwhile it's getting almost money falling form the sky okay?
00:25:52: Like I invested about sixty thousand dollar proctor retreat.
00:25:56: then my dad calls me.
00:25:57: he says hey here are hundred thousand dollars insurance payout!
00:26:00: I did not set goals right so slowly started to understand over years after left.
00:26:06: Your energy is what the quantum is always listening to.
00:26:09: it's never the goal that you set and For me hitting that hundred K. That first hundred K, which was by the way something else trying achieve for five years Which I finally achieved when I understood alchemy, which is the main core of my work?
00:26:32: When people set a certain goal, they just get so caught up in trying to match that version of them who has achieved that goal.
00:26:38: That's the manifestation thing right?
00:26:40: But for me I don't do that!
00:26:42: I am like...I'm the creator no matter what their goal is.
00:26:47: i dont move from my throne.
00:26:49: Im not sitting on a five k a month throne im not sitting at a fifty K A month throne.
00:26:52: I'm sitting on MY throne The Priceless Throne.
00:26:56: These numbers are created FROM THAT And so when you embody that, so deeply.
00:27:03: You will literally get a mirror of that energy versus the goal that you set.
00:27:08: like When people are like The fifty K per version Of me would do this.
00:27:11: I'm Like.
00:27:12: Would she though?
00:27:14: Which he really liked?
00:27:16: what'd you Really Get up at five am and go for
00:27:18: around exactly.
00:27:19: i'm like sure
00:27:22: I'm gonna sleep in eleven twelve p.m Don't don't even like.
00:27:28: Touch me and coffee, massage my head.
00:27:30: And then I'm going to go over
00:27:31: it.".
00:27:32: Exactly!
00:27:33: This is where the truth piece comes in right?
00:27:35: It's like... Back back in that time-and i think this hundred case sample was so potent because of just my circumstances at that time There was something just so powerful about me finally grounding into the truth of okay look these are my circumstances.
00:27:52: Like I may have to eat fucking ramen noodles for a while.
00:27:57: Yes, I had like my dad to kind of help me but i was planning on using the amount he gave over a year not just for few months and before that.
00:28:08: A bit of dreamer in the manifestation world whoo!
00:28:11: Like I can manifest this big house all about it.
00:28:14: But what that phase really taught is grounding into truth.
00:28:18: where am first intentionally optimizing and building my life where I am.
00:28:25: And i call it filling your space, where you are.
00:28:28: It's like people want the big thing before they've actually filled this place Where They Are...and I looked around at My four bedroom house already!
00:28:36: ...And I was Like Am I Filling This Space At All?
00:28:40: I'm Like Trying To Go For A Bigger House.
00:28:41: Am I Actually Filling The Space Right Now?
00:28:44: Am I Doing Everything With Each Room That I Actually Love?
00:28:49: Have I Renovated It to What I Actually Want?
00:28:51: Like I wasn't even filling space where i was.
00:28:54: So,I didn't have to get a better lifestyle To be a match...to what I wanted!
00:29:00: I just had to start valuing Where I Was.
00:29:03: like that person of me would value her life.
00:29:06: It's about the intangibles.
00:29:08: it's not About trying and meet That Person in The Physical World.
00:29:11: Its' about moving with the resources you do Have With the energy Of being the creator of your Life And we never have to even think about the result because the quantum law is straightforward.
00:29:25: When you're a match, you get the results right?
00:29:28: You will get the mirror so We don't need to like figure out the result.
00:29:31: people keep trying change the reflection in the mirror instead of just focusing on deepening themselves and The result isn't natural consequence.
00:29:41: I
00:29:42: love that and i love this piece of owning where your at as well And I remember you speaking on that throughout multiple posts and like audios, that you dropped in so-and-so forth.
00:29:53: That this is one thing where people have the most difficulty with because there's a lot of escapism.
00:30:00: no i got to reject my current reality otherwise it won't manifest The One that I truly Have!
00:30:05: And I love that.
00:30:06: You have your own take On This...that Is very different from the common generalized advice.
00:30:16: The question is let me articulate it for the lack of better words this way, but like how does someone own where they are at without letting that destroy their vibe?
00:30:25: quote unquote?
00:30:26: That's probably helpful.
00:30:27: So yeah so the power of doing that isn't understanding that your power never came from your circumstances.
00:30:33: It never came form your lifestyle and ever came from you results.
00:30:36: And there was a power in owning the truth.
00:30:38: Like I was as avoidant As they come.
00:30:40: okay i'm like A major twelve cows or escapism Is In My Blood but I'm also very heavily Capricornian, Saturnian.
00:30:49: So my life always slammed me down to the ground whether it likes or not and so this was something that i learned of like... This is what its trying to tell me.
00:31:00: when you can own That's where your actually are You can get into a neutral place about It.
00:31:06: That means you've just burned Your ego To The Ground Or any false power that Was attached.
00:31:12: How people saw you?
00:31:13: Your image your reputation, all these things that you think are the cause of your results.
00:31:18: Now they have no power.
00:31:20: now You can create them rather than them being The thing to dictate your results.
00:31:25: That's where all that power comes from.
00:31:28: So when I started to accept that?
00:31:30: You know what?
00:31:30: actually i don't Have money right now.
00:31:32: i used To in the Bob proctor world and i let that world go And now i don'.
00:31:37: And yes that Can look a certain way to the world.
00:31:39: it can Look A Certain Way to my audience.
00:31:40: It can Look a certain ways everyone.
00:31:42: but What does that say about me if I can't just own this and strip away what i think it means.
00:31:49: So that's something I started to do over and over again, which was come back to the ground—that kind of first step always —of alchemy.
00:31:57: for me is let's face the real truth of where you are because you can't create something that's coded with Truths...if you don't first accept where you're at!
00:32:06: It's like one of the main ingredients you know, delusion and joy.
00:32:15: And manifestation of vision on what they're trying to create.
00:32:18: but it's like your missing the anchor in a ground that is going make this sustainable.
00:32:24: You can avoid reality Sure!
00:32:26: You can create something out of avoidance But thats just gonna collapse Because only anchor some thing when are able anchored into current reality or cant hold it.
00:32:41: And so when you said, like it might look a certain way to the external or your audience of whatever.
00:32:49: I'm sure you don't mean You got to share with the world diadaio style
00:32:53: going through what
00:32:54: you're at right?
00:32:54: So just to make that do two The listeners as well because Like yeah no authenticity is banging a banging topic At the moment.
00:33:02: and like i could riff on this for like three hours straight minimum.
00:33:05: but probably you're on a similar or same page when it comes to authenticity, not meaning that you have to spill all of your emotions.
00:33:14: I don't even think that's authentic?
00:33:16: No!
00:33:17: Thank you for saying that...
00:33:20: Yeah i don't-I don't think your emotions are what make you authentic.
00:33:25: I think your bones are what makes you authentic.
00:33:28: How do you differentiate them?
00:33:29: so your emotions are absolutely something you can own and process, and alchemize.
00:33:35: But there is a grounding truth that comes after the... After that wave That's who you really are!
00:33:42: That's your most authentic self.
00:33:43: I'm so big on.
00:33:44: You know when i teach my clients content?
00:33:46: I am SO BIG ON THE FACT THAT THEIR CONTENT SHOULD COME FROM ALCHEMY.
00:33:50: It should come from real-time alchemy of their stuff Their shadow or A shadow their client has had find the ground truth in it, and that's the truth you put out.
00:34:00: This has been my stance for years right?
00:34:02: I've never in my life been someone to just drop emotional shit on the internet.
00:34:06: so... And i was like- and thats as me saying it is a cancer moon okay!
00:34:12: Like..I can be The Crybaby In The Theater when there's A Sad Scene but like.... I also understand That Is Not Who I Am.
00:34:24: That Is A Processing Mechanism And that is the biggest part of it.
00:34:30: People use authenticity, but its really just like people connecting shadow with shadow and we're also relating on an emotional level But emotional waves pass.
00:34:45: That piece of content isn't going to look very good in three weeks.
00:34:49: Thank you so much.
00:34:50: So on the Consent fees and alchemical consent Can you walk us through one example?
00:34:56: of like what was a situation?
00:34:58: of like anonymously, obviously.
00:35:01: But client you or the passion idea in your brain or whatever.
00:35:07: this is whats happening This how to distill the bone truth out.
00:35:10: it's the quantum piece.
00:35:13: Yeah so kinda think about that.
00:35:15: Like You have one Truth when you're sitting In shadow Or an emotional state but once you process That The truth that you are left with on other side Thats really gonna last and sustain.
00:35:27: And that's the truth is gonna really speak to your buyer.
00:35:30: so for example you know um let's take like a relationship quote okay?
00:35:38: Um,and lets say she knows one of her clients has a shadow.
00:35:45: they keep getting on all these dating apps.
00:35:48: They want relationships but just constantly getting in all this dating app it not working out.
00:35:55: Okay, so the alchemy here to do would be to basically figure out why this person is constantly getting on dating apps.
00:36:04: To really understand the code that's running that.
00:36:07: and it's you take the code That you find after optimizing her shadow And that's what you position as The diamond in your next piece.
00:36:16: So let's say that her shadow was that she doesn't actually trust that She could actually go.
00:36:22: Let's see her standard and her dream has always been the person, love of her life coincidentally.
00:36:29: Randomly let's say that is her dream but she is sacrificing value and getting on all these dating apps because it was a thing to do today.
00:36:40: so when you optimize your shadow deep down you realize there has been a shadow which isn't actually possible Romantic or too much of a dreamer and people don't value that today.
00:36:55: That's the shadow running, The whole thing.
00:36:57: you take that code?
00:36:59: That's to put your position in Your content.
00:37:02: that's the raw thing that's gonna start To call in the People who feel that same Thing.
00:37:07: maybe the circumstances may be different but that Code Of I'm Too Much of A romantic And i Don't think People Value that Today.
00:37:14: that's a banger code For People In Todays day and age.
00:37:19: Like if we really think about how the romantics feel, I'm a huge romantic.
00:37:23: Right?
00:37:24: Do you thing what how the Romantics today feels in an environment like this?
00:37:30: Exactly!
00:37:31: I thank my lucky stars sometimes but...I got married years ago because i look at The Dating World and I'm like fuck that I don't know how it would
00:37:39: be for
00:37:39: me.
00:37:42: What can
00:37:43: I
00:37:43: say?!
00:37:45: I swear, i came into this after my eight and a half year long relationship ended two-and-a-half years ago.
00:37:52: And it was like well...
00:37:54: It's probably really cool out here.
00:37:56: everyone is ambitious on their shit!
00:37:58: Everyone has nice mentality.
00:38:00: then you're like what
00:38:03: the
00:38:03: hell is going on?
00:38:05: Not take me back but if I had known that before
00:38:11: Exactly.
00:38:12: Yeah, so deep down the code was what?
00:38:14: It was a sacrifice of her truest desire Right and that turned into her getting on these apps And that turned in to her thinking she can't have which he wants.
00:38:23: So if you pull that cold and You position and shine a light on that shadow code your literally Alchemizing it away in your content really.
00:38:32: and That's when they feel this shift just reading Your content.
00:38:35: and that's when I say by the time we get to the end there already a different person When they finished reading your post.
00:38:42: and that's the kind of skill.
00:38:43: That I bring to my clients
00:38:46: Love them, and you embody it so well as well.
00:38:49: like every single time i open socials there is a new post of yours.
00:38:55: People said this to me A LOT over the years.
00:38:58: My client says how do you post so much?
00:39:00: Like...I don't even know what am doing in It just
00:39:05: Yeah, but that's beautiful.
00:39:06: Like when it's just an expression of who you are and you don't... You're not in your mind about it!
00:39:12: And like I'm different iIm not necessarily a big content cedar In terms of volume or whatever But I'd love to sit with one piece and get super intimate With it and then craft it To the point where I am so proud Of this.
00:39:29: I got put out there.
00:39:31: It still works six months later for me after I've posted twenty new posts, someone else like goes to the deepest depths of my field and then sends me a random emoji in my DMs.
00:39:42: And i remember oh that was the CTA under a post six months ago for this app program!
00:39:48: Where are you coming from by the way?
00:39:50: But hi nice that your here Let's talk.
00:39:57: So what would you say to suddenly close these off?
00:40:03: And we're probably going another tangent, but whatever is an additional piece where people your clients.
00:40:12: Your audience you see people like putting their foot on the brake way too much when it comes to that high ticket potential or like the occult millions potentials that people could actually unleash.
00:40:25: So for me I think The first thing That i would ask them So do you mean in terms of content or just their energy?
00:40:34: I
00:40:35: feel like both.
00:40:37: Energy is where it starts, content is one expression ultimately right.
00:40:40: so It translates into doing certain things
00:40:47: Right away.
00:40:48: my lens is always that there's something about themselves they're not fully accepting.
00:40:53: Sometimes sometimes they have shadow and are not accepting their brilliance.
00:40:58: That is always what puts the foot on the break because you're suddenly off your own throne and in the land of comparison, then suddenly you are battling a market when that wasn't ever your job.
00:41:09: And thats' the thing that put's the foot-on-the-break.
00:41:11: cause its static and thats noise!
00:41:13: I've said it before there so much noise today even compared to twenty nineteen, twenty twenty... The Noise Day is crazy.
00:41:20: So immediately for me i go straight for the.. What do actually want create?
00:41:28: what would deeply satisfy you to build right now and just bring them home for themselves?
00:41:34: because that's always where the answer sits all of a time.
00:41:39: Yeah,
00:41:40: yeah I love dad mmm.
00:41:43: okay this is so juicy.
00:41:45: i don't want to artificially over stuff it even though i know we can like probably talk about whatever more hours forever, non-stop.
00:41:53: Do a Twitch live stream.
00:41:56: Yeah I mean we can go you know into gravity and we can going to all of that.
00:42:01: because even like what you said right?
00:42:02: Like someone just randomly finding your post years later Right And this is such good example how people could be different.
00:42:09: but these laws still apply.
00:42:11: You being someone who likes really write one post and make it means something That doesn't need somebody whose name isn't me.
00:42:21: It's like we just function differently in that way, but the laws are still the same.
00:42:26: The underlying mechanism is still the Same and... ...the kind of poll that We have is the same.
00:42:33: it's Just In different ways Like I find people all the time who Are like.
00:42:37: you know i knew Of You since blah blah And Im like Who are you?
00:42:41: I'm sorry!
00:42:41: I don't Know who you
00:42:44: are?!
00:42:45: This happens to me so often people show up that knew me and I didn't really even know them or never interacted with him, but left a mark.
00:42:54: It left an impression from years ago.
00:42:57: so it's like that pull...that gravity they use to speak of you know?
00:43:03: Gravity is something that i've spoken about since twenty nineteen!
00:43:05: That's the thing that gets.
00:43:08: people just come in And You don't Know why They're being pulled Even sometimes they Don't even know Why.
00:43:14: Yeah,
00:43:15: and I feel like it's so important especially when wanting to lean more into that piece.
00:43:19: And play with it more um...and make it more of a part of your life Like as you said the trust component but also like dabbling in the energy Of how much can life surprise me today or this month right?
00:43:32: Because everyone we always want these positive beautiful surprises.
00:43:36: But then get this grip on everything and control it, schedule everything out day by day like crazy.
00:43:44: This is also where I see so much magnetism dying people.
00:43:48: there are so many people out that you have a great expertise!
00:43:52: You're so brilliant but the energy with which your charge is such a turn off for me because i can feel through the screen or when And I'm like, can you relax your vagina?
00:44:08: Because literally the tension is so hard and it's not that i've never been in that state.
00:44:20: That's why I am like way better on the other side of that stage because its' not nice in this day.
00:44:26: Oh!
00:44:26: You finally unclench everything
00:44:29: That's so beautiful.
00:44:31: Yeah, because it's not about having boundaries and not having structures right?
00:44:34: I mean i'm so Saturnian.
00:44:35: of course It's about having structure but it's about not turning structure into a fucking prison Because that's what kills all the energy.
00:44:44: you realize how little structure You can thrive in When you let the energy run freely
00:44:51: yeah.
00:44:52: And I also think its not even something we can separate Truly because do you like the you don't I?
00:44:58: Don't think you overthink structure neither.
00:45:00: Do I?
00:45:01: and when I think about how I intuitively act When I literally follow what comes through then not just whatever it is, I look back at it And I'm like No one would have thought that this was pure intuition and not structured out beforehand cuz it's not an Intuitively falls into a certain structure
00:45:21: or yeah
00:45:22: in to fall into a sort of scheme that I Follow or whatever into super strategic.
00:45:28: I'm super analytical, but i'm just not Racking my brain around it anymore.
00:45:33: Yeah and this is like what?
00:45:34: I'd like to call higher logic.
00:45:37: It's like yeah Its its like a logic from a Higher source rather than three d logic in being trapped by What-is?
00:45:44: we're designing our own logic as We walk the path were Designing Our Own formula.
00:45:48: We have one.
00:45:49: The Source of it Is Just Different Right.
00:45:52: And this is such a good conversation with the tangible and intangible piece, which I'm so big on as people charging for the intangibles.
00:45:58: This is the spiritual peace right like.
00:46:01: it's So crazy to me.
00:46:03: every day i see people who are like yeah she you know She made this much money was mirror.
00:46:08: Yeah, she got her relationship.
00:46:10: But then they're not actually pricing For the fact that they completely changed this person inside an out-to-do soul.
00:46:17: You know They're just charging for their results, and I'm like you could ten X that right now if you owned the potency of your field and the intangible side, people find it crazy that they spend with me longer time than I charge.
00:46:31: And how is this not normal in today's industry?
00:46:36: The fact that you're reducing your price to reward for a long-time person like us is crazy because why would we don't reward them at a price that meets their commitment.
00:46:48: Why would I reward them with some a cheaper option?
00:46:54: You know It just doesn't make any sense to me like you go live in the country for ten years versus one month That countries gonna change you inside and out on a DNA level, you know exponentially.
00:47:07: that's exactly what happens.
00:47:09: is someone In your field when they send six months verses.
00:47:11: One month with you?
00:47:13: Yeah
00:47:13: So we're really not clocking the intangibles here as much as we should.
00:47:21: How does one find their, I would say root into that because all of these concepts sound very intriguing and great.
00:47:32: And obviously apart from joining Sonika's channel which i'm gonna link as well.
00:47:36: um what like when someone is listening to this?
00:47:39: they feel like there are spiritual inclination inside them that haven't fully unleashed or known.
00:47:43: so it was like What do I first?
00:47:45: Like how...well
00:47:49: look at people tell you the feeling around right?
00:47:53: It's like one thing that you got them the result, but what do they see if we feel around you.
00:47:56: They feel unleashed.
00:47:57: If your free to feel like something just snapped back into their bones or something freed them whatever it is they say that they feel around You.
00:48:06: That's money!
00:48:08: That has value.
00:48:09: Okay, notice down
00:48:11: Whatever I say this year around you that some money at a second million dollar quote of today
00:48:19: And if you finally own that as also a part of your impact, and not just something you sidestep or something.
00:48:26: You're like yeah it's cool they feel amazing around me but look at this is an amazing result right?
00:48:32: If I only owned it has This result couldn't have happened without.
00:48:35: That was the instigation needed for this.
00:48:37: They are both valuable.
00:48:39: The feeling in fact i would argue that they felt around you Is what actually going to make the results sustainable.
00:48:46: So that is actually the million dollar transformation.
00:48:49: Yeah, right.
00:48:49: The result is just the inevitable outcome of a formula you designed.
00:48:54: so charge for that.
00:48:56: What would you really feel?
00:48:57: Would feel satisfying to know like your actually charging for your invisible impact on someone not Just the outcome but like every single day that they're in your field Every conversation where they feel alive every time you're undoing their shadow.
00:49:14: Charge for that.
00:49:16: And then what would your price be?
00:49:21: I think there's a good mic drop to close it forward today.
00:49:27: Yeah,
00:49:28: we can again probably talk about these things for so much longer But i think That's Good good amounts and portions For people to suggest especially listening To you first maybe.
00:49:41: So i'm gonna link Your stuff in the show notes as well.
00:49:46: So when you're listening to this, obviously the episode is online and you can find it on the show note's And I thank you a lot for your brilliance, your wisdom, your genius.
00:49:56: Your diamond drops!
00:50:00: And yeah people let us know how its landed.
00:50:02: either tell Sonika personally or me personally of both of us Or share it on socials whatever.
